The Designtech team puts down the design brief which is the basic specification of the project from the client. It is important to have the document ready to put the designing frame in the right direction for efficient progress. The document recapitulates the major points.
Designtech was formed in the year January 1999 under the leadership of Ar. Sarath Chandra Kanth . U
A pass out from Anna University in Chennai. For his academic excellence, he was sponsored for a study tour to Singapore, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka. He has done his master thesis in energy-saving design. He made energy-saving models for forecasting energy consumption in hotels which was used by Tata Energy Research Institute for further development of the models.
He evolved himself through his professional journey earlier in life as a Guest lecturer and Visiting faculty at Anna University and Satyabhama University.
He worked as an architect in the Design and Construction of Performing Arts Madras for Tamilnadu Tourism Development Corporation.
He also worked as an architect for Mr. Hariharan & Associates and Mr. Vergis Oomen & Associates. He was a management consultant at India habitat Center, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
He is a regular visiting faculty with SAP Madras since April 2000 and is presently with SAP Madras as an external member on M. Arch review committee. He also visits the college as an external examiner for the B. Arch program.

Mr. Sivakumar Janani Valaikodi and Ms. Vaishanavi primarily hold experience in designing Churches, Hospitals, Housing, and Township design in Chennai. They are backed by strong drafting personnel proficient in Auto CAD and manual drafting. Many associate consultants are associated with the team on a day-to-day basis for
